All I remember is the one from Cambodia to Thailand - Asiana. It was the worst airline I've ever flown. Fortunately, the flight was relatively short. They stick 3 more rows of seats in their A320/321 than any other carrier. If you're taller than 5'7, your knees will never be the same.

Hanoi to DaNang - Vietnam Airlines (A321)
DaNang to Saigon - Vietnam Airlines (A321)
Saigon to Siem Reap - Cambodia Angkor Air (A320)
Siem Reap to Bangkok - Air Asia (A320)
Bangkok to Chiang Mai - Bangkok Air (A320)
Chiang Mai to Bangkok - Bangkok Air (A320)
They were all economy flights but no worse than US economy flights.
I thought the flights were fine; like Mike said, no real difference from economy seating at home. They were all jets (no turbo props). The flights were short enough that the configuration really didn’t matter much, but what surprised me was that they actually served (light) meals on some of the shorter flights. Definitely something you don’t get on any economy flight in the States!
