Just did this trip in Oct.. Was wonderful. TD will tell you NOT to take a picture of the police or military personnel. My wife took a picture of a Marrakesh policeman conducting a speed trap. She came very close to losing her phone. Hope you have Gina as your TD.

Mimitrabels, I love LaMamounia in Marrakech. It is an elegant hotel with multiple dining venues. The gardens are old and gorgeous. Churchill and Roosevelt met there after the Casablanca Conference during the Second World War. Even if you just go for a drink you will be delighted. It is walking distance from the big square. It was one of the highlights of my Moroccan experience.
Going on this trip in April . Any suggestions on what to do during our free time and where to go for dinners? Also, has anyone who has been on this trip gotten the “recommended” vaccines for Hepatitis A and Typhoid? Thank you!
Those vaccines are pretty much recommended as standards if you travel out of the US and want to protect your health.

Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations for the free nights in Marrakech, Fes and Rabat?
In Rabat - Restaurant Sufra is excellent and located around the corner of our Tauck hotel. It's less than a 5 minute walk, enjoy!
