I was watching the news this morning and they showed a pic of the hotel where the talks are taking place. It's the Burgenstock. Nice, isolated location.

I looked them up. Even when the talks are not being held, the rates are over $1,000/night -and that's probably for one of the basic rooms. I'm sure they have to essentially take over the hotel for security.
There's a lot of open land around the building which allows the security staff to set up a wide perimeter.
