I think you should talk with a travel specialist Dr, tell him your history, show him your travel itinerary and so on. We are not really encouraged to talk too much about this topic on the forum any more. Me, I take every precaution, my health is top priority to me. I would not care if I was the only person on the tour to take these precautions, I would feel I had done what was best for my health. I travel a lot and intend to keep doing so. These are pretty standard vaccines for world travellers to have under their belts.
