Wildlife Photo Ops?

My wife and I are taking the Canadian Rockies & Glacier National Park trip in a couple weeks. As a photographer, I know there will be lots of photo ops for landscape type photos. But I'm trying to decide if I should bring my 600mm lens which is great for wildlife shots. Downside is it weighs about 5 pounds all on it's own. For anyone else who has taken this trip, did you have many wildlife photo opportunities or should I save the weight and leave my 600mm lens home? Thanks!!

Agree. Did this trip last year. I do have a couple really small mountain goat shots, but I would leave the 600 at home unless you really love mountain goats.
