rainfall/temps in June?

Hi all, i intend to do the Tanzania/Zanzibar tour next summer. Are June-July optimal months to do the safari--that is, temps are moderate in the days and it isn't rainy? Many thanks to all you who participate in these forums. Your comments are hugely helpful.

    June and July are good weather, but there are only four or five dates left. If you have not already booked, you need to do it soon or it will soon be sold out.
