Price of alcohol /wine

in Grand Australia and New Zealand
We usually have a cocktail or wine with dinner. From just quickly checking it looks as though one is paying quite a bit more in Australia than in the U.S. Is this correct??? Also how much local currency should one take? Thanks for any input.

    Yes, Australia is very expensive. Use a credit card. They are not into tipping.

    JoAnne. -- If you like scotch (or other spirits) straight up or on the rocks, be forewarned: The pour in Australia is, in the words of my late mother-in-law, "the teardrop of a sparrow." Be prepared to order a double!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
