Most of the hotels offer laundry services at a price, none had self-service machines. I didn't look specifically for laundromats but doubt you will have time or will want to make time to visit one. Besides except for the Old Ground in Ennis most places you will stay mid-tour like Lough Erne, Glenlo Abbey, and Aghadoe Heights are not in town proper. There might be some place to do it in Ennis, but you only spend one night (Day 9) there.
