With hold times being so long with many tour vendors, is there an email to send flight information to confirm for transfers?
Your Tauck account allows you to add that information. It's on the main Tauck website. Login there, go to your Account Dashboard, select the tour and you'll see tabs for Emergency Contact, Passport, Payments, and Arrival/Departure. Anything in red indicates something you need to add or do. If you made your flight reservations with Tauck Air dept, those flights should already be listed. If you have pre/post tour plans not booked with Tauck at their hotel, you may need to talk to their agents.
Flight details must be added at least three weeks before the tour to ensure you get picked up from the airport. If there is less time, it’s really best to call Tauck to add the details
