Day 16 jet boat/helicopter asterisks

The Day 16 itinerary has asterisks next to the jet boat and helicopter ride at Skippers Canyon everywhere they are mentioned (print brochure, electronic brochure, my itinerary) but none of the publications contain any reference for the asterisks. Do the asterisks mean that these are extras that need to be booked separately (and if so how to go about it?), or something else?

    The asterisks (*) denote the activities are at your own risk and you have to sign a waiver of liability to participate in the activities. The brochures do reflect this and I believe the website does as well.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
