in Jordan & Egypt: Petra to the Pyramids

We arrive in Jordan on Nov 12. Our trip starts on Nov 14. Can anyone tell me if men's jackets are an absolute must at the restaurant at the Sofitel? Just making sure my husband packs correctly!
We can't wait for the trip. We were in Egypt 15 years ago and have been wanting to go back ever since!

    Jackets are required at the 1902 restaurant, but the restaurant can provide one. There are two other restaurants at the Old Cataract that don’t require jackets. In my recently completed trip we chose to eat at one of them and had a wonderful meal.
