Go to the webpage for your tour and click the Before You Go tab. There's a ton of useful info there including weather averages. Of course predictions of weather these days is a gamble. In Oct on that route I didn't have a single day without my Lands end jacket and at least a long sleeve shirt on. Often wore a hat and gloves as well.
The best bet is a wind/rain resistant hooded jacket roomy enough to accommodate layers like a base layer T and a sweater or fleece. We're big on base layer Ts because they're lightweight and breathable. I can take 2 of them compared to cotton and if I need to hand wash they'll dry out in less than a day.
