That's pretty much the Israel and Jordan tour, which is only one day in Petra. It takes some time to get to Petra and back, hence extra night at the Dead Sea, and opportunity to see Jerash. We absolutely loved this tour, one of our all time favorites. So much history, so many different cultures, beliefs and traditions. Heartily recommend.

I have a question about covid 19 insurance requirement.
For entry into Israel: All guests must bring proof of valid health insurance with coverage for the treatment of Covid-19.
Does Tauck's guest protection plan cover this health insurance?
My understanding is that it does but check with Tauck to be sure.

It was my understanding that COVID was covered. When we took this tour last May, we were not asked to show proof of insurance.
