My husband and I are booked on this journey but closely monitoring State Department travel advisories to countries that could be impacted by the violence in the Mideast. If you are traveling to Morocco or have recently returned, is it ok to visit?

I can't give you an opinion from recent experience but Morocco is one of the most stable countries in Africa. I would not hesitate to go to Morocco today. But each of us has a different risk tolerance and you need to decide what yours is.
It's a good tour, and an interesting country.
I have two friends currently on that trip and are having a great time. They did not hesitate to go.
We will be on the Morocco tour on November 9 and we are looking forward to it. Currency we are in Egypt enjoying the Jewels of the Nile tour. It is only our second day but we have a wonderful room at the Mena House hotel with a spectacular view of the Pyramids from our balcony. They are multiple security checks here but according to the manger this has absolutely nothing to do with the current situation in Israel.
I am still tired and should have said "Currently".
Hey, I recognize that view! What a great tour!
Of interest in the first photo is that you can see the line (or depression) that runs down the middle of each face of the pyramid. The depression is not deep and is more pronounced in aerial views under certain lighting, but this the reason why it is said the pyramids have 8 sides, not 4.
Alan - What's with the blue sky? When I was there, the smog was terrible.
