Go to the top of the thread and you can see two pictures I posted of aircraft in July. The bigger rone is a Dash 7 I believe and it was big enought for all thirty of us. The little one we needed three of I believe. The TD does not know the aircraft type until the last minute. Your time estimates are about right.
We flew on an aircraft between the sizes in Sealord's photos on the leg to Nairobi, but in the smaller aircraft on all other legs. (Same aircraft on K&T and Botswana, SA, Zambia). As to time, you can use Google maps for distance and figure they cruise between 180 and 200 mph but your guess is probably close.
