Options for connecting from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport in Japan

I'm on the Essence of Japan tour in March 2025. I will be returning to the states from Hanoi, Vietnam. Some flight options through Japan involve a self transfer from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport versus a long layover. Has anyone done this? Is 4 hours enough time?

    There are shuttle buses to do that

    just google buses from Narita to Haneda

    Be aware, traffic in Tokyo is insane especially at rush hour.

    Haneda and Narita are on opposite sides of the city. From Tokyo Station, Narita is an hour east and Haneda is 45 min west, by train.
    Best to avoid that airport transfer, if possible. It's a long enough trip without doing that pain.
