Did your rooms have views? I was expecting a glamping experience so hope they at least have an African feel!

Cots? what cots? Kingsize bed, duvet cover, ceiling fan, carpet, indoor toilet and hot shower!
You will be awestruck because it will be luxurious.

I'm looking at the Kenya and Tanzania classic safari. Sorry for the confusion.
We just got back from K&T in July as a triple. My 22 year-old 6'4" son was our "third." Very comfortable accommodations. At Gran Melia, we were given two rooms so he had his own room. Ngorongoro and Amboseli he had a regular twin bed. Four Seasons and Mt. Kenya Club he had comfortable "cots" with a regular mattresses and at Masa Mari he had a full sized queen bed. Gran Melia and Mt. Kenya Club did not have views. The rest had spectacular views.
