We were in Baden Baden about 10 yrs ago but Tauck did not include a spa as an excursion option. Strictly on our own. It looks like the spa visit for your cruise is to the Caracalla spa. They have an excellent website and their FAQ pages (Located under Your Visit with Us tab) answers some questions e.g. they will rent you towels for 6 euros and swimwear is required. They don't mention robes.
Under the same tab is a Contact Us option so you can directly contact them and ask anything not clear on the FAQ page.
