Does Tauck take you to the Mekong Delta when in Saigon? If not, has anyone broken away from the group to do a day trip to Mekong Delta? Worth it or not?

    No, you do not go to the Mekong Delta on the Tauck VCT tour. I don't know if you'd have time to do that while on the Tauck tour.

    We were taken to the Delta on the Vietnam Cambodia Laos tour. On of the best parts of that tour. A highlight at one of the villages was when my husband had a massive reticulated python draped over him.
