The only place would be at Guest Connect where you make payments or add info. I saw no feature that would allow you to cancel there, however. I think you will need to call.
Your best bet is to email tauckrez@tauck.com with your problem and reasons so they can give the correct advice. Quote your reservation numbers. I have found this is a fast and very reliable response route for booking issues.

Why can't you just call Tauck? Then you know it has been dealt with, especially if it is near your departure date. Assuming you booked with them and not a Travel agent.
