Web site issues (2/23/15)
First, my direct bookmark to the Tauck Forum Home (https://www.tauck.com/travel-forum) only lists the regional forums below without the more general (like this General Discussion) forum. I could only get here by following a recent post in this forum and then backing up the tree one level. Can't say when this started as I haven't posted to the General area for weeks.
Second, both My Reservations link at the top of the page and the My Reservations link on the My Profile page fail with the same message:
"We're sorry, but an error occurred in processing your request. Please browse our site using our Sitemap or return to the Tauck.com homepage."
This has been the case for several days, at least.

The hyperlink "General" doesn't appear to work properly but "General Discussion" above (https://www.tauck.com/yaf/default.aspx?g=topics&f=149) takes me to the proper page. Though I'm not sure how you can find "General Discussion" without following a link to an old thread like you did. I used the link in your or the recent "Airport pickup" thread. You can also do a search of "General Discussion" to get a working hyperlink, but how many folks would think about doing that!?!?
The "My Reservations" link at the top of the page and the one at "My Profile" both load but, it takes forever. If I recall, the "My Reservations" page has been slow loading for awhile now, but never this slow.
Bottom line, things are not working properly. Tauck IT might be doing some work on the website and not fully debugged everything yet.
Tauck Tim, please pass this along to your IT folks.
It still works for me, but again is VERY, VERY SLOW. Could your browser be timing out? I just timed it from this page and it was a bit faster than my previous attempt, but still almost 15 sec. which seems like an eternity by today's internet speeds.
As noted by others, the non-region-specific tabs are back. I still get errors trying to get to My Reservations. That's on two distinctly different browsers (IE on desktop, Chrome on Kindle) with very high speed internet connection. Has certainly worked in the past. Just doesn't like me. Since next trip isn't until Feb 2016, I'll see what happens over time.
I'm sorry to hear you were having trouble! We do sometimes do maintenance in the evenings, and it's possible that that is what you were running into.
