Can someone tell me what qualifies for posts by travelers, ambassadors, and explorers?

Number of posts. I don't know if that applies to Ambassador any more- haven't seen a new Ambassador since, forever???

As far as I know, I have only known two Ambassadors, Jan who rarely posts these days and Rabo, occasionally posts. This level is nothing to do with number of posts, it's more exclusive than that.
