Is tipping in cash the only option? Do TD accept Venmo or Zelle? Personal checks?

    Most likely not. You have to have a U.S. bank account and U.S. phone number for Venmo or Zelle. My TD was South African, living in Kenya. They’re not going to want a check because it would take forever to clear. Take large bills and lock them in the room safes. Take newer 1’s and 5’s for buying trinkets, tips to game drivers or whoever. Kind of a pain, but the trip is so worth this small inconvenience.

    I advise against large bills, anything over a $20 is suspicious there.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
