While invented in the UK, the sport was developed into a commercial enterprise by New Zealander A.J. Hackett, who opened the first permanent commercial site at the Kawarau Bridge in New Zealand in 1988.
This thread is getting more and more confusing. The Shotover river is not an option for this tour, it’s the Dart River, no narrow roads.
I did forget to mention about using credit cards on this tour. Pretty much everywhere adds a 3% charge for using them.
