Dean and Deborah: For the dinner with the hounds, men should have a sport coat(the host wears one therefore IMO, you need one, his picture is included) Women nice pair of pants/skirt and blouse. It may be a little cool in the evening so wrap may come in handy. Skip the heals. The hotels are business casual. Men can certainly wear a jacket but a dress shirts, maybe a sweater, nice pants and non sneakers/hiking shoes are fine. Women the nice pants/skirt and a blouse. The hotels are great but not high end fancy. The rest of the tours is fairly casual. You will need a light wind shell and rain jacket. My wife always brings a scarf or two to add a little flair.
