We received ours about 2 weeks before the trip.
We are going on K & T June 20. Already have it. Received it about a month prior to departure
I spoke to a Tauck representative yesterday on this very topic. She said that the duffel bags were due to be mailed out three weeks before the tour’s departure date. Does anyone have a photo of a Tauck duffel bag?
Found my duffel; it was being held by my post office.
Post office failed to give it to me after my mail was held after a trip. It arrived about 11 days ago.
Is the duffel bag too large to be used as a carry-on?
Not really, but remember if you pack it, it does not have wheels so you will be lugging it through the airport.
My duffel bags arrives today via USPS, only one week before departure. I have had four separate conversations with their Customer Service agents over the past three weeks. I was told that for some reason the bags were never shipped at the 30-day target date. Something slipped through the cracks apparently. Kudos to "Heidi" for expediting them.
I strongly advise others to contact Tauck if your bags haven't been received at the 3-week mark.
Funny note: When we returned home we found that two more Tauck duffle bags had arrived. Anybody need one???
😀 I threw out numerous ones recently. Our favorite was the very first type we got almost 20 years ago that had a zip off backpack at the end.
