Wash and Fold Same Day Laundry Service
Looking for recommendations for Wash and Fold Same Day laundry service that picks up and delivers to the hotel on this trip.(Not Hotel Laundry as they charge by the piece). We would like to pack for one week, and have laundry done during the trip. Has anyone else done this on the Adriatic Treasures Croatia to Venice trip? Not planning to use the Hotel Laundry Sevice, as it is too expensive for a week's worth of laundry.

Use Google and the hotel location at the midpoint of your tour. Pull it up in Google maps, select the Nearby button and enter laundry services to see what is nearby. Alternatively contact the hotel concierge and ask. I've done this several times when we've been in Europe for a month. I can pack for 2 weeks easily but it takes planning and wearing items multiple times.
I have also done this multiple times while traveling in Europe for a month. I email the concierge and politely inquire where the nearest walking distance laundromat is. It’s easier than you think. Then I google the walking path. I bring my own detergent.
Also I feel like I am the last person on the planet to hear about this but I just discovered Merino wool T shirts and am going to try them out for our next trip. Hopefully I will be able to wear them 2-3 times before laundering and they dry quickly.

I love love love merino wool. I love the brand, Icebreaker. I can’t tell you how many long sleeve tops I have.
We go a different route with items from 32 Degree clothing. Originally introduced to it by Costco, but now I buy directly from the company website which has way more variety of items, colors, sizes and run great sales. My husband wears their 32 Degree Cool collared golf shirts and both of us have the 32 Degree Heat long sleeve base layer tshirts for under layers. They are super easy to sink wash and dry quickly especially if you roll them in a towel and wring out most of the water.
I use Arc'teryx merino top and bottom for my base layers. They are essential in my packing, covering a range of temperatures.
Yes base layers are a good strategy for chilly weather, but the T shirts I bought have a nice drape for use as a regular top, and should work in diverse climates. So expensive though!
Randi O, sorry to detract from your original question. Good luck. Laundry on land tours is currently a major bee in my bonnet. Hoping if enough of us request an economical and convenient option that Tauck will find a way (whenever possible).
