It depends on why you are going to Greece. If you are into ancient history and ruins - Olympia.

I have visited Olympia and found it interesting and enjoyable. As a first time visitor to Greece, that would be my choice. It is one of the top attractions in Greece.
I looked up Pylos, and it also looks an interesting day tour - scenic too.
So, the choice depends on your interests

Texasseean, Why just one? Which tour are you taking?

I may be missing something, but it looks like a visit to both is part of the itinerary of Greek Odyssey: Family Edition.

Hidden Greece includes a "visit to Olympia" on Day 5, however both hotels (Westin and adjacent Romanos) for Days 5 and 6 are only 10 miles north along the Navarino coast from Pylos. Day 6 is a free day ("Spend the day indulging in the amenities of your resort as you please") so you should be able to hire a car and driver to take you to Pylos for a few hours or all day! I doesn't appear there is all that much to see and do there except for the archaeological museum (mixed reviews). Check if Tauck can tell you which hotel you will stay in and contact the concierge to arrange transportation and possibly a guide to take you to Pylos. Ez, Pz
