I don’t see why not if it will fit in your suitcase and doesn’t cause it to be overweight. I can’t remember if you use duffles on this tour, I would not want to put wine in a duffel for transport. I don’t think you will find that wine is expensive where you are staying if you mean to drink it during the tour. And don’t forget those very early wake up calls, don’t drink too much 😀. SA wines are excellent.
