Covid-19 Work at UCSF medical
The UCSF medical system is reputed to be one of the best in the world. We get all of our medical care there, so they send us periodic informational emails. This is what I got today! They have developed a nose spray and an aerosol, yet to complete human testing, that taken on a daily basis will prevent covid-19 infection.

It would be a game changer. I keep hoping they find that Flonase helps with covid.
This would be great as long as the cost is realistic.
Here is another hopeful solution to the problem. This paper is very scientific work was done at Columbia Univ. in NY. Lets hope it does some good
