Tauck website no longer has a banner about Long wait times on phoning

Tauck must have employed more staff or things have calmed down!

    I called yesterday regarding a question on our upcoming river cruise. My call was answered on the second ring. The agent did sound new but answered my question.

    Yes I noticed it last night just before waiting 30 minutes attempting to get thru to the air dept. :(

    On the phone again. Got thru right away to the reservations dept but the air dept is dealing only with near term stuff so don't bother calling if its next years flights.

    I think that the reason for the shorter wait times is that the Gift of Time offer expired at the end of July. Everyone was probably calling in July to make sure they got the promotion.
