Most people find the pools cold, they are not heated. But we swim in them anyway when we have the time. Quite often, wherever we go on the planet, we seem to be the only people braving the pool. We love to swim.
Hi British.
Me too ... if I have the chance in all these Tauck tours, I always head to the pool during downtime and/or after the Spa )
In India all the pools were pretty cold. I went in October. But still it was great.
Thanks
Pool temp at the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club was very brisk but tolerable! Pool temp at Four Seasons almost took my breath away! Despite being on the Equator in June! Due to the high altitude, most are above 5000', and clear nights there is significant evaporative and radiation cooling year 'round.
No pool at the Lake Duluti Serena in Arusha or the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. I didn't go in the water and didn't see anyone else in the water at the Amboseli Serena Lodge nor the Fairmont Mara Safari Club.
