Yellow fever vaccination

If you didn’t get the yellow fever vaccination, was it a problem to enter Bolivia?

No. You are not travelling from/to any yellow fever endemic areas on this trip.

Thank you for your reply! Were you on this trip recently?

Hasn’t there been some kind of unrest in Bolivia recently that may have caused some cancellation of tours?

Wyotourist - This was my first Tauck tour, in 2015. Enjoy, from your neighbor to the south (CO).

Here's a pic of La Paz, down in the valley, surrounded by the Andes, topping out at 21000 ft.

Hasn’t there been some kind of unrest in Bolivia recently that may have caused some cancellation of tours?

Nov 12, 2019: "The United States on Tuesday ordered family members of U.S. government employees to leave Bolivia because of civil unrest in the South American country, the State Department said in a statement. The department also warned American citizens against traveling to Bolivia and said the U.S. government had limited ability to provide emergency services . . ."

On January 6, 2020 the State Department updated their travel advisory:

"Bolivia - Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution"

So it looks like things have dialed back a bit, but yes, call Tauck.
