There have been minor glitches on and off over the past week or so. I've reported a few of them. It may also be a traffic issue- the site unable to handle the volume of visitors.
I just went to a Seine and the Douro River cruises and was able to view the details of both, but some features were slow and I encountered some strange and slow responses to commands.

The sites were available, just not the trips
Just tried and I see the Seine trips. Didn't try the Douro trips.
