You're correct. Not only is the direct search function not working but even using the Destinations button doesn't return results. I tried searching for Scotland tours both ways and it didn't return any tours.
Frustrating times, considering what one must go through just to get them on the phone...even if to just tell them about it. I tried to call yesterday to cancel a tour we have booked for next May, and the recording said if your booking is more than 120 days away, call back some other time.
I finally got to the week on Scotland tour by using google "Tauck a week in Scotland" . It wasn't in the usual list but if I scrolled down to where there were photos and the tour names I could get to it. I imagine Tauck tech will fix this fairly quickly.
