London theatre show choices
We are looking forward to our upcoming S.W.E. journey later this month. If anyone has recently been part of this journey, please help us cut the suspense. What were the choice of shows in London? Thank you!

I’m wondering if they might not always be the same choices as shows change or the amount of tickets required changes.
A good website to use is westendtheatre.com which we have used in the past. London shows are way less expensive than Broadway!
British is correct. They change based on availability.
I did this trip last year. There were several Disney selections, several also on B'way, and I few others.
Out of the choices offered, we weren't interested in Disney and had seen most of the other choices on Broadway. The only one of possible interest was Mousetrap. Maybe it was the cast that night, but I thought it was the worst show I had seen in years - incredibly boring. I walked out at intermission and didn't return.
When we took the tour the TD gave us a list of shows and restaurants the first night of the tour at the welcome reception. We chose our top 3 of each and gave it back the next day. By the time we got to London he had a list of who was going where. For our tour everyone got their first choice.
On our September 2024 tour, our choices were: Back to the Future; Frozen; Guys & Dolls; Hamilton; Les Miserables; The Lion King; Mamma Mia!; Matilda The Musical; MJ The Musical; Moullin Rouge; Mrs Doubtfire; The Mousetrap; Phantom of the Opera; The Play That Goes Wrong; Six; and Tina.
Early in the tour, our Tour Director gave us a very helpful handout that listed all these choices, along with what days they have evening performances (so we could tell which ones were playing on our night), theater name and address, and duration of the show. Some theaters were within easy walking distance from the Savoy hotel; a few others required a cab ride.
My wife and I chose Six, which is a British musical comedy; a modern retelling the lives of the six wives of Henry VIII through each of their own stories. We thought this one was timely, given much of the history we were learning all along this tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the show!
Edit: Many in ourgroup had dinner at the Savoy on this theater night. They are known for their Beef Wellington. Although we don't eat much beef, we ordered it this evening. Wow, was it delicious! We would recommend not missing that opportunity if offered the choice. Because of the schedule, I think our Tour Director asked us about it earlier, as the Beef Wellington had to be selected prior to the dinner reservation.
We just got back two weeks ago. We had a wide range of choices, more than 10 to choose from. All the big ones from Hamilton to Mamma Mia, Six, Devil Wears Prada, and others. Also some regular plays like Mousetrap. Very wide selection. Your TD will give you the options on your first day and you get a first and second choice. All 25 in our group got their first choice and we had good seats. In general the theaters are not large so all seats are good.
We also ate at The Savoy River restaurant pre show and had Beef Wellington. Not to be missed!
