The electric power in Europe (which includes the UK) is 230 volts. There are different outlets in Paris than in London so you need the proper adapter.

You need to check your CPAP machine and flat iron to see what voltage they will work at. If only 120 volts, I'd suggest getting a 230 volt power supply for the CPAP and a new flat iron that will work at 230 volts.

Your phone charger will almost certainly work at 230 volts.

Do not try to plug a flat iron into a UK socket. Best to buy one locally

And the plug adapters are different for London (UK) and Paris (European). Completely different shapes.

Does anyone have a picture of the proper adaptor/convertor for London & Paris?

Google is your friend but here's one site - https://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plugs-and-sockets/

There are a bunch of sites that show plugs for different countries so if you don't like the one I listed, see what Google offers you.

Denisel, Amazon also has tons of adapters and pictures. Enter the following into their search bar and it has a pair - one of each type.

TESSAN All European Travel Plug Adapter Kit, International Power Outlet Adaptor with 2 USB; Type C Type G US to Universal of Europe EU Spain Germany France Italy Ireland UK England Scotland Qatar

I purchased these adapters from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E7P7UHK?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1

Like others have said Google and Amazon are good resources.

For traveling to London from the US, you'll need a Type G plug adapter, as the UK uses Type G sockets, which have three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern.

For traveling to France from the US, you'll need a Type C or Type E adapter, as France uses Type E sockets, which are two-pin round sockets, with a hole for the earthing pin, and Type C sockets that have two round pins.
