Canyonlands ending in Vegas, then what?
Our Canyonlands tour ends in Las Vegas. We are using the extra night in Vegas. Anyone have any "don't miss" activities, restaurants, local sites you'd recommend we check out that afternoon/evening? Thank you in advance.

Take in one of the shows, the concierge can help with hard to get tickets. If you at the Four Seasons, the spa is good. Gamble 😀

Haven't been to Vegas since 2019, but we liked to eat at Mon Ami Gabi, in the Paris Las Vegas hotel complex. They have a large terrace which is across Las Vegas Blvd from the Bellagio fountains. My sister was just there and had really good things to say, so it must still be good.
The Four Seasons is lovely and tranquil (and smoke-free as I recall) but it is located south of where most of the action is on the Blvd. All those hotels look really close together on the map, but either on foot or stuck in traffic on the Blvd it could take you up to an hour to get to where you want to go, so plan accordingly.
Agree the burgers at Gordon Ramsey are great. Also saved a lot of money by having a late lunch at Nobu (Caesar's) one time. So good. My daughter was just there and also loved it.
My sister also was just at the Sphere and saw the Wizard of Oz show which she really enjoyed but it is a sensory overload experience in there. Stuff is happening all around you. Just so you are prepared.
Also any of the Cirque du Soleil shows are great, in case you've never seen one.
Have fun in Vegas Baby!
And in case you have any inclination to gamble - be advised that Vegas casinos have signicantly worse odds compared to most "local" casinos elsewhere in the country.
See the Blue Man Group, they are hilarious.. The show is next door at the Luxor. Warning... don't sit in the first two rows or you will walk out with blue stuff all over you. The concierge can help with tickets.
Wynn has these events, not well known and not often. But if this sort of thing interests you give the concierge a call to see if there will be anything while you are there: https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/experiences/master-classes
