Can I cancel a reservation I have online??

    Guests choosing not to purchase Tauck’s Guest Protection will incur cancellation penalties per person as follows:

    60 days or more before departure
    $600.00 per person

    59-8 days before departure
    $1250.00 per person

    7-1 days before departure
    $2000.00 per person

    It, also, depends on if you put your down payment on the tour.

    I believe he wants to know if he can cancel online.

    The only place would be at Guest Connect where you make payments or add info. I saw no feature that would allow you to cancel there, however. I think you will need to call.
  • Your best bet is to email [email protected] with your problem and reasons so they can give the correct advice. Quote your reservation numbers. I have found this is a fast and very reliable response route for booking issues.

  • Why can't you just call Tauck? Then you know it has been dealt with, especially if it is near your departure date. Assuming you booked with them and not a Travel agent.

    No, we don't have online trip cancellation available, but I saw this and sent a note to our reservations team on your behalf that you'd like to cancel. I'd expect someone will reach out to you soon to confirm. I'm sorry to hear that you're canceling!
