There are plenty of posts and discussions in the archives- see tabs to the right. Remember more than one cruise or tour starts (or ends) in Budapest or Prague.
A simple search on "Budapest" (and "Prague") - use search box in upper right below your screen name- will yield 100 pages, so you might need to use better terms to narrow your search. We did eastbound Blue Danube and I posted a few suggestions for Prague- a guided walking tour by PragueWalker and a full day excursion with the same outfit to Cesky Krumlov, etc. In any case, I found this recent thread on page 3 from a "Budapest" search:

The other thing you can do is Google "Interesting things to see in Budapest" or see what Viator or Tours by Locals, etc. have to offer. Compare the Tauck itinerary to what else there is to see and do.
My wife and I took Tauck's Danube River cruise in 2016 in what Tacuk called Musical Danube. It was a truly memorable adventure through the history of classic music along the river. We began a day early in Budapest and found a wonderful experience with Suzie Goldbach who offers a traditional Hungarian meal prepared by her family in her home. Suzie's Mom prepared the dinner, her Dad poured the wine, she gave some gastrobimic history and we enjoyed the company of tourists from all over Europe, Asia and the US. This dinner helped get us off to a wonderful experience in Budapest. Check out the reviews of Eat and Meet (Suzie's "pop-up" restaurant) in TripAdvisor. She currently ranks as #3 of 2097 restaurants in all of Budapest!
