Travel Updates
I'm surprised the Travel Update section of the website has no information about river cruise issues. It says, "Travel Updates will keep you informed on the operating status of tours or cruises by destination, and provide up-to-date information on our travel policies." However the only thing there is a May 7 comment about the Middle East. There seem to be real issues right now with river levels and cancelling cruises and it seems only fair to start giving people a heads up if they are not monitoring this themselves.

It would be nice if, for problematic tours - like the current situation for riverboat tours, a regular update status was provided, if they haven't been.
That said, calling Tauck is always the best way to get answers to specific, personal situation type of events that only impact a small subset of all Tauck travelers.
Did you check the Tauck app?

The Tauck website has always been weak. One of the few negatives.
But at least Tauck has a forum. Many other tour companies don't, or use Facebook.

There isn’t a Tauck app for customers, only one for training, sales etc
British is absolutely correct.
British, OurTravels34 - BKMD was ‘tongue in cheek’ with his comment about the Tauck App. He didn’t actually think people should check for a Tauck App.
I did wonder, but I thought by some miracle they had launched a new one that might be more useful than the defunct previous one.
