SOS— leaving tomorrow— another luggage question
Leaving for Italia Bella tomorrow. When they say “one checked bag” do they NOT allow for one carry on?? STRESSED! Have never booked with a tour and trying to get it right. I’ve read the luggage section several times but it’s just dawned on me they done say anything about a carry on.

Carry on is allowed!
There is a God in heaven! Thank you!…. As in a purse and small rolling bag?
Yes!! Go and have fun!!
Oh my gosh! I’ve been just about to throw up! Thank you! Thank you!
Do we need to pack a blow dryer and steamer or will hotels have irons and blow dryers?
You’re overthinking. Just enjoy. You’ll have a great time and don’t have time to iron anything. No one will care.
Thank you. I needed that.
DON'T bring anything with a motor or heating element UNLESS it specifically says it will run on 240V 50 Hz. Otherwise, you'll likely burn it out
The one bag limit is generally for the bag that Tauck will.handle for you i.e. pick up in your hotel room, count, load on the coach and reverse the process at the next hotel. Carryon you handle yourself. If small enough it can go inside the coach if too big there is a separate compartment under the coach just for those. If the coach isn't full (small group tours) there is room at the back. In any case you're responsible for it.
We never take any clothing that needs ironing, there is no time to iron on a Tauck tour. Any spare time should be spent sightseeing. Relax and enjoy, all details you have paid for someone else to worry about.
You don't need a hair dryer or steamer. Just go and enjoy the trip.
The best things you can bring are a smile, camera (most use their phone), sense of adventure and a preparation to have a great time. Of course, don’t forget your passports and a way to get money.
Italia Bella is a great trip.
Relax, enjoy, go with the flow. Remember Tauck tour directors are the best and will help you through anything.
But to answer your original question- yes you can bring a carry on ( make sure it fits your airline requirements and any other flights you are taking).
ENJOY!
Instead of irons and blow dryers , which you really don’t need, make sure you have correct chargers, converters, etc. for iPhones, etc. if you are taking any. Also, make sure you have set them up to work in Europe so you don’t get hit with exorbitant fees.
well said, everyone! Hotels will likely have hair dryers and irons if you really need them, but relax...it's summer after all and isn't air-dried hair way cooler? Have a great time & enjoy my favs, a cinnamon &/or pear gelato!
It’s a Bridges tour, I think you actually get to make gelato!
